Stop organizing tasks.
Start finishing them.
The first task hub that doesn't just organize your work — it starts it for you. Sync Notion, ClickUp, and more into one board. Then let AI do the heavy lifting.
Your task manager is a glorified to-do list.
You spend more time managing tasks than doing them. Context-switching between apps. Copying info. Staring at a backlog that never shrinks. Sound familiar?
Tool Fragmentation
Personal tasks in Notion. Work in ClickUp. Side projects in Trello. Your brain is the only "integration" between them.
Starting is the Hardest Part
You know what to do. You have the list. But opening the doc, writing the first draft, researching the topic — that's where momentum dies.
AI Without Direction
You have powerful AI assistants. But every time you use them, you write the prompt from scratch, set context, explain the task. Every. Single. Time.
One board. All your tasks. AI starts them.
Onset syncs tasks from all your tools into a single Kanban board. Drag a task to "Start with AI" or click Run AI Assistant, and your connected OpenClaw picks it up — with the right skills and knowledge already loaded.
Not just another project manager.
Multi-Source Sync
Connect Notion for personal tasks, ClickUp for work, or both at once. Every task lands in one unified board with live two-way sync.
OpenClaw Integration
Connect your own OpenClaw instance. When a task enters the AI column, your Claw picks it up and executes — using its full power on your infrastructure.
Skills per Category
Pre-configure AI skills for each task category. Marketing tasks auto-load your copywriter skill. Dev tasks load your code reviewer. No manual prompting.
Knowledge Databases
Attach knowledge bases to categories or individual tasks. Your AI always has the right context — brand guidelines, SOPs, reference docs — loaded before it starts.
Smart Kanban
Category views, priority filters, Pomodoro timer built-in. Filter by source, category, or priority. The board you actually want to use.
Your Infrastructure
AI runs on your own OpenClaw VPS. Your data never passes through our servers. We orchestrate the task flow — your Claw does the work.
From scattered to shipped, in three steps.
Connect your tools
Link Notion, ClickUp, or any supported source. Set up categories and sync filters. Your tasks flow in automatically.
Configure AI skills & knowledge
Assign pre-saved skills and knowledge databases per category or per task. Your AI knows exactly how to handle each type of work.
Drag, click, done.
Move a task to the AI column or hit "Run AI Assistant". Your OpenClaw picks it up, executes with the right context, and delivers. You just review.
Be the first to stop managing and start shipping.
We're building Onset for people who are tired of task managers that just hold lists. If you want a tool that actually gets things done, join the waitlist.
No spam. We'll notify you when early access opens.
Common Questions
Yes. Onset orchestrates the task flow, but the AI execution happens on your OpenClaw — running on your own VPS or machine. This means your data stays private, and you control the compute. We'll provide setup guides to make it easy.
At launch: Notion and ClickUp, with two-way sync. We're planning support for Asana, Linear, Todoist, and Trello based on demand. Tasks sync in real-time and status changes flow back to the original tool.
Skills are pre-configured AI instruction sets — like "blog-writer", "code-reviewer", or "market-researcher". Knowledge Databases are document collections your AI can reference — brand guidelines, SOPs, product docs. You assign them per category or per task, so your AI always has the right context without manual prompting.
Absolutely. Onset syncs task metadata (titles, status, categories) to display your board. But all AI processing happens on YOUR OpenClaw instance — on your machine, your VPS, your rules. We never see or store the output of your AI work.
Pricing is being finalized. Waitlist members will get early access at a discounted rate. Your OpenClaw compute costs are separate and depend on your own setup.
